March 25th, 2013Annual Notice Regarding Destruction of Education Records
Please note that Phoenix Elementary School District #1 will destroy Special Education records of students who have been dismissed or gone from the District for five years. You must be the parent or legal guardian of the student or the student him/herself to acquire the records.
Before these records are destroyed, you have the right to review the records and obtain copies of any information. Please indicate your desire by calling the department at (602) 523-5959 or (602) 257-3805. If we do not hear from you by May 31, 2013, records will be destroyed in accordance with established policy.
